Outfits[]

Outfits are clothing the player wear after they buy, receive, or make.

All outfit pieces except for wands and sparkles can be crafted at Daisy's Boutique or bought at McDuck's. In the first game, sparkles can be found at the Shop of Wonder while in the second game, it can be found at Minnie's Salon. Wands in both games can be found in Yen Sid's Tower.

Wands have different functions than other outfit items because the player only carries them during quests and when trying them on in Yen Sid's Tower. Wands are the weapons of the game and are used to fend off enemies.

Materials and other collectables[]

Materials are used to make new items. There are several types of materials, two of which (precious items and seeds) do not truly qualify to be materials. Some precious items count as true materials because they can not be used to craft craftable items while some precious items ARE materials. Seeds are not really materials themselves but they are planted to create materials.

Trivia[]

  • Each item has a certain rarity. "Normal" items are marked by a bronze medal with a sparkle in the items menu, "Rare" items are marked by a silver medal with a sparkle, "Super Rare" items are marked by a gold medal following the design of the previous two, and "Special" items are marked by a vibrant purple medal with a design akin to the previous three.
  • The higher the rarity of an item, the harder they are to find. "Special" items are either supremely rare, are one-time or one-use, or belong to the "Precious Items" category. (or a combination of the three options)
  • The item ranking can be determined by the sound the item makes when found. (Normal items make a "dropping" sort of noise when found, rare items emit a "sparkly" sound, and super rare items and beyond play a triumphant musical sting.)
