Owl is a self-proclaimed "genius" owl who likes to tell stories, and is a main character in the Winnie the Pooh franchise.
DISNEY MAGICAL WORLD
Owl is first introduced in the 100 Acre Wood introduction, where he tries to tell Pooh a story but Pooh floats off on a balloon before he can finish.
He can initially be found and talked to on the north edge of the main 100 Acre Wood area, by the south bank of the river. After unlocking Beyond the River, he can be found on the other side of the river where he was initially, outside his treehouse. He can also be invited to the café for a party.
